Occasionally one of our clients will open their home and invite clients and future clients for a tour, either during or near the end of construction.
These home tours not only afford you the opportunity to see a beautiful new home, but also enable you to network with current and future owner builders.

Elise Eaton and Chris Walker are making good progress on the construction of their new custom home. Mechanicals are almost done. Exterior painting and insulation will be coming soon. They are graciously opening their construction site to BGCH clients and future clients for a tour and discussion of the owner builder process. It’s a great time to talk directly to successful owner builders who had never built a home before.
The unique build is in Austin. The living area of the 2 story main home is 1,656 square feet. The second home is situated behind the main home (Accessory Dwelling Unit) and is 1372 square feet living area.
Yes, we know that the building site is 6 miles north of downtown Austin and 85 miles north of downtown San Antonio, but this is a one-time opportunity to see a beautiful new home and talk directly to the owner. Invest some time and learn the story of successful owner builders.
This will be a walking tour. If you need to sit down, please bring a chair. This home tour is not appropriate for children under 18. Every attendee will sign a liability waiver and release.
