Occasionally one of our clients will open their home and invite clients and future clients for a tour, either during or near the end of construction.
These home tours not only afford you the opportunity to see a beautiful new home, but also enable you to network with current and future owner builders.

David and Peggy Ball are making great progress with the construction of their new custom home. They are graciously opening their home to BGCH clients and future clients for a tour and discussion of the owner builder process. It’s a great time to talk directly to successful owner builders.
The 1-story custom home has 3,331 square feet living area and 5,383 total framed area. This unique custom home is set in the middle of 10 acres NW of San Marcos. Framing is complete, plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical rough ins are complete, and spray foam insulation is installed. Drywall is ready to be installed. The swim spa is sitting on the back deck.
Yes, we know that the building site is 32 miles south of downtown Austin and 55 miles north of downtown San Antonio, but this is a one-time opportunity to see a beautiful new home and talk directly to the owner. Invest some time and enjoy a drive in the beautiful Texas Country.
This will be a walking tour of a private home under construction. Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for a construction site. This home tour is not appropriate for children under 18. Please make other arrangements for children under age 18. Every adult attendee will sign a liability waiver and release.
