Occasionally one of our clients will open their home and invite clients and future clients for a tour, either during or near the end of construction.
These home tours not only afford you the opportunity to see a beautiful new home, but also enable you to network with current and future owner builders.

Donn and Robin Greiner are making great progress with the construction of their new custom home. Framing is complete, roof is mostly done, and mechanicals are being installed. They are graciously opening their home to BGCH clients and future clients for a tour and discussion of the owner builder process. It’s a great time to talk directly to successful owner builders.
The 2-story custom home has 5,045 square feet living area and 6,261 total framed area. This home is situated in a gated rural subdivision southwest of Blanco, with great hill country views. We will be focusing on the Rainwater Collection system. The rainwater collection contractor will be in attendance to answer your questions about the system.
Yes, we know that the building site is 58 miles west of downtown Austin and 58 miles north of downtown San Antonio, but this is a one-time opportunity to see a beautiful new home and talk directly to the owner. Invest some time and enjoy a drive in the beautiful Texas Country.
This will be a walking tour of a private home under construction. Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for a construction site. This home tour is not appropriate for children under 18. Please make other arrangements for children under age 18. Every adult attendee will sign a liability waiver and release.
