Occasionally one of our clients will open their home and invite clients and future clients for a tour, either during or near the end of construction.
These home tours not only afford you the opportunity to see a beautiful new home, but also enable you to network with current and future owner builders.

Kortney and Candy Clemons are making good progress with the construction of their new custom home. They are graciously opening their construction site to BGCH clients and future clients for a tour and discussion of the owner builder process. It’s a great time to talk directly to successful owner builders who had never built a home before.
The unique custom home is in Centennial Ridge, a gated subdivision west of Bulverde. The living area of the 1 story home is 3,972 square feet. Total covered area is 5,418 square feet. The home is located on acreage for privacy. Special planning has made the home and site totally wheel chair accessible. Framing, plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical rough is complete. Insulation will be installed shortly.
Yes, we know that the building site is 76 miles south of downtown Austin and 30 miles north of downtown San Antonio, but this is a one-time opportunity to take a drive in the Texas Hill Country, see a beautiful new home and talk directly to the owner. Invest some time and learn the story of successful owner builders.
This will be a walking tour. If you need to sit down, please bring a chair. This home tour is not appropriate for children under 18; please make other arrangements for children under age 18. Every adult attendee will sign a liability waiver and release.
